Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every Avoryn order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered. If it isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

How it works

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on what didn't work. We respond within 24 hours on business days with your resolution, which may be a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund of the product price. If a return is required, we'll send instructions. Otherwise, no shipping is needed on your end.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Bundles and free gifts

Refunds on individual bundle items are calculated at the price paid within that bundle, which is shown on your order confirmation. Free gifts are part of the qualifying bundle. If a full bundle is refunded, the gift is included in the return terms we send you.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away at no cost. This never counts against your 30-day guarantee.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank first, since processing times vary. Then email us and we'll trace it with our payment processor.
